I believe in the moments. The moments that will stand the test of time and you’ll love to think about every year as your anniversary rolls around. Those moments that your grandchildren will ask you to describe in detail because they are anticipating their own wedding day. I believe in authentic laughter, pure joy, real tears, excitement about the big day ahead, and even more excitement about the lifetime ahead of you. I also believe in holding each other for just a second longer, taking care of each other when you’re sick, finishing each other’s sentences, sharing the tv remote when you really don’t want to, being a shoulder to cry on, and always choosing each other. I believe in the moments of love that are unexpected and quiet. I believe the marriage is greater than the wedding day. I believe in the legacy that you are building already. With my whole heart, I believe in your love.

Planning a wedding can seem daunting, but my goal as your wedding photographer is to make this one aspect of the planning process simple. Photography is more than just images, it’s a real part of your day. Not only do you deserve beautiful images, you also deserve an amazing photographic experience. Each couple and each love story is unique, and being witness to those unplanned moments of pure joy and authentic love is a honor that I cannot be thankful for enough.

My style is authentic, romantic, and timeless. I firmly believe in capturing your love and your day as authentically as possible. I want you to be able to remember exactly how you felt as you relive those moments through the images I provide to you. Because of that, it’s really important that I get to know you well, learn what makes your love unique. I want to know how you met, how you fell in love, how you make each other laugh, and all of the sweet details. My editing and shooting approach are clean & romantic, because classic is better than trendy any day. I want to make sure you’re left with photos that will stand the test of time and not feel like a current fad that came and went.

Planning your wedding is hard enough without having to worry how the big day itself will be scheduled! With years of exeprience in this department, I can help to make your wedding day run smoothly. As we get closer to the wedding, and after chatting with you about all that’s been planned, I provide a complimentary custom timeline for your day that will detail when and what is happening. That way, one less thing will be off of your plate so you can relax and enjoy your day without worrying if you are on schedule.

engagement sessions

There are many reasons why I believe it’s important to have an engagement session done with your wedding photographer (including having the chance to celebrate your amazing love while still in that “I can’t believe I’m engaged!!” stage), but the number one from a photographer’s standpoint is your comfort. There are a lot of photographers out there and we all work differently, so getting to know each other before your wedding day is super important. You’ll get to know how I work behind the camera and I’ll get to know your quirks, how you interact with each other, the sweet way you make each other laugh, and then on the wedding day, we’re old friends!

As a bride AND photographer, I believe that couples should make their photography a top priority. After the big day is over, you will leave your reception with a spouse and your pictures.... that’s it! All of that planning and preparation is over in a matter of hours! So if you’re choosing to invest in high quality photography, those images deserve a classy, elegant home after the wedding. I offer high end Heirloom Albums for my wedding clients. The images are printed straight onto the pages, have thick, lay-flat pages, and the covers are wrapped with top-grain, vintage leather or organic linen. You can even have your names and wedding date embossed on the cover! This is the perfect ending to your entire wedding experience, and it’s a keepsake that you will be showing your children and grandchildren one day

The albums I offer are completely custom designed by Kaleigh Turner Photography, with photo layouts that reflect my shooting style and principles: I believe, like your photography, that your albums should be timeless. There isn’t a lot of fluff, crazy layouts, or crooked angles. Each photo will be expertly laid out, so when flipping though your wedding album, you’ll be able to experience the book as the love story it is.

why invest?

I truly believe it's possible to be homesick for a place you've never been or a place you've been but don't call home. My soul is so full of wanderlust and a love for traveling nudged it's way into my heart long ago and never left.I'm really blessed to have seen some amazing places in the world and experienced different cultures, lifestyles, and the most beautifully kind people.

I've been even more blessed to get to photograph places and people all over the world and call it my job. If you're planning a wedding, whether in Cincinnati or across the world, I'd be honored to be a part of your big day (I even photograph engagement sessions around the world!). I’m always encouraging my clients to choose places that mean something to them, so why not get married or have your engagement session in your hometown, where your grandparents are from, the place where you took your first vacation together...think big! I have experience traveling all over the United States and the world! Travel fees vary based on location, so let’s chat!

I love delivering my client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery for your engagement and wedding images. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if I were in your shoes!

When we put together your timeline, it’s my priority to ensure that I am there for all of the most important parts of your day. While the packages have ample coverage, if, later, you decide that you want more time, you can add on additional hours! Additional hours are available for $375/hr if added ahead of time, and $475/hr if added the day of the wedding.

coverage

I am both interactive and discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) I teach my couples how to pose, and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from me!

my shooting style

Booking is simple! Shoot me an email letting me know and I’ll have you fill out the contract and send over your deposit of $1200. The deposit goes towards your final balance, which isn’t due until 2 weeks before the big day! I’m so excited to work with you and capture this exciting time in your life!
